Change that holds in everyday work

A mandate supports your organisation over several months: embedding presentation skills, shaping a transformation, building innovation capability. Hours and frame are agreed openly.

Jeremias Jurt supports organisations in Bern, across Switzerland and online over several months with transformation, presentation skills and innovation capability. Ongoing support: 12 hours per month for CHF 3,600. Intensive: 30 hours per month for CHF 9,000. No fixed contract term.

Is one topic for one day enough? Then have a look at Trainings & Workshops.

I know transformation from the inside

I experienced transformation in a large corporation, at Swisscom. With Boum I co-built a startup, and a startup is transformation in fast forward: every funding round, every new team member, every pivot changes everything. Today I help organisations communicate their transformation so that it lands. I accompanied an international company in this for nine months.

Embedding presentation skills sustainably

For organisations that want to anchor convincing communication in their culture, not just train it once. A single workshop often has a short effect if nobody follows through in daily work.

Benefit: Presentation skills become part of the organisation instead of a one-off event, through recurring training sequences and coaching over several months.

Change management & transformation

For organisations that want a change or transformation supported from start to finish. Transformations rarely fail because of technology, but because of missing buy-in and unclear readiness. At the start we clarify the why. Only when everyone understands what a change is for does it hold in everyday work.

Benefit: Change that holds: the Impact Formula serves as the thread for communication and buy-in throughout the process. For AI initiatives, an AI-audit framework complements it.

Embedding Innovation with Running Lean in your team

For organisations that want Running Lean embedded in the team, not applied once. A validation workshop helps with one project; recurring innovation work needs a method the team masters itself.

Benefit: A team that applies market validation and experiment-driven logic on its own, taught from first-hand experience as a co-founder and CEO.

Developing and building new business units

For organisations that want to build a new business area or unit. That takes entrepreneurial experience that is often missing in an established operation.

Benefit: Support from the first idea to an independently running unit, from first-hand experience as a co-founder and CEO.

I only take on as many mandates as I can serve fully

Quality and satisfaction come before utilisation. That is why I support only a few organisations at a time. Ask briefly before you start whether I currently have capacity. If I do not, I will tell you honestly and give you a realistic start date. What you entrust to me stays confidential.

It is not a fit if there is no budget, if you want an off-the-shelf programme, or if the decision against change is long made and you only need a justification.

Questions about mandates

How long does a mandate last?

Usually several months. There is no fixed contract term, you can decide again at any time.

What does a mandate cost?

All mandates are based on CHF 300 per hour. As a frame there is support with 12 hours per month for CHF 3,600 or Intensive with 30 hours per month for CHF 9,000.

How does a mandate differ from a training?

A training resolves a topic in one session. A mandate accompanies you over months so that something changes in daily work.

Can I start with a training?

Yes. Many mandates begin with a training or workshop. In the first conversation we clarify what makes sense.

How does a mandate start?

With a free 30 minute first conversation. Within 3 working days afterwards you receive a proposal on content, rhythm and frame.

Does what we discuss stay confidential?

Yes. What you entrust to me stays with me.

Which topic should stick in your organisation?

In a free first conversation (30 minutes) we clarify whether a mandate or a single training fits better.
