Innovation with Running Lean
Validate before you invest, whether it is a startup or an internal project.
Jeremias Jurt supports founders and teams in established organisations across Switzerland and online in validating ideas with Running Lean before money is invested, including an AI readiness module. Workshop or sprint from CHF 3,200 per day, half day from CHF 2,200.
Afterwards, your team can
- 1name the riskiest assumption behind an idea and test it with a small experiment
- 2generate many ideas in a short time and pick the feasible ones (6-3-5, How-Now-Wow)
- 3use the test results to decide whether to invest
Target group
Founders and teams in established organisations who face an investment decision.
Starting point
Resources flow into ideas before it is clear whether a market exists. The result is expensive failure.
Benefit
A validated basis for decisions instead of a guess: structured market validation, experiment-driven logic and business model development. I have founded a company myself and reviewed many startup ideas. On request, I also enable internal teams to keep applying the method on their own.
Format and price
Workshop or sprint for teams, day rate from CHF 3,200, half day from CHF 2,200, tailored, or a multi-week mandate. Individual preliminary talks, preparation, follow-up and materials are always included. Individuals work with me 1:1, CHF 300 per hour. In person or online.
Process
First a free 30 minute conversation to assess your situation. Then we choose together between workshop and mandate. Then delivery.
Impact and transfer
So that the method stays in the team, I can support it until the team applies it independently, see mandates.
AI readiness module
Innovation today also means knowing where you stand on AI: together we look at where AI brings real benefit in your processes and decisions and where the prerequisites are still missing. This leads to two or three concrete next steps, and my workbook AI Readiness Quick Check works as an entry point.
“… What would have taken us 4 workshops, we achieved in half a day! Jeremias has broad and, at the same time, precisely targeted knowledge of entrepreneurship and stakeholder management. …”
